Returns
We dont have any Return or Refund Policy. In case for any reason you get damaged or have any issue with our craftsmanship we are here to help you
- You need to record complete video of the package opening, and pictures along with the video of the damaged product
- The Tags have to be intact
- The Saree must not be open or changed from original state
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, for eligibility of return.
Once the above is provided in less than 2Hours of delivery, we would provide you with option of either repairing the existing product or have new product delivered. The choice of accepting the return / your product damage is reserved with NAMAHRAH management and team.
